Terms and conditions

  1. Your bag must be ready at the time of pick up at the designated hotel. Any bag not present at time of pick up will be expected to be deposited at registration at race village, or deemed forfeited. 

  2. Your bag must be visibly and permanently labelled with your name, rider number. 

  3. All excess weight will be charged at 10 EUR / extra kilogramme

  4. All unclaimed bags will be sent back at additional charge to their owners if uncollected by 24th august 8 PM. Some deliveries can be made at hotels exceptionnally at additional cost

  5. No compensation will be granted in case of damage or loss to bags. Please ensure that no valuable are packed into these bags.
